The only thing I'd suggest working on is the text draw(?) on the wall - it doesn't look like it fits onto the wall that well (best example would be the 'soooooooo sexy' that goes across the left wall and the back wall or the red balloons - maybe try the multiply effect on the red to make it look darker and more drawn onto the wall?). I'd try using a different more rough brush for wall text, kind of like the crayon brush on SAI just to make it look a little more fitting with the image.
Other than that the detail in this is amazing. It was only a matter of time before Pilot was going to write a romantic novel about him and Captain! :3
